We look forward to hearing from you

Do you have a question about our work, want to support a campaign, submit a media enquiry or propose a responsible collaboration? Write to us using the central email address shown below. To help us direct your message correctly, briefly describe the subject and the type of response you need. We aim to review every enquiry carefully, although we cannot guarantee an immediate response in every case.

Partnerships and media enquiries

Experts, organisations, educational institutions and media representatives may contact us about animal protection, animal rights, education or PAI’s future projects. Partnerships that have not been confirmed are not announced publicly. For an initial assessment, please provide only the information that is genuinely needed and do not send confidential documents or extensive personal records without prior agreement.

Information about animal emergencies

PAI is not a public emergency service operating around the clock. If an animal is injured or in immediate danger, contact the responsible local animal rescue service, a veterinary practice, the police or the competent authority without delay. For general enquiries, please use the published contact details. Only send personal data by email that is necessary for handling your request. The organisation’s address and map are displayed directly below this information.
